Request a quote online
- Pick your items and request a quote on the website.
- We will reply to you with a detailed quotation.
- Confirm you want to proceed. We will send you a Confirmation Form to arrange a delivery and organise delivery and collection.
After completing the Confirmation Form we will send you an invoice. You can secure your booking by paying via one of the methods below.
Payment and Security
Preferred payment is by bank transfer. Credit card payments accepted (Excluding AMEX).
All Government bodies including Councils, Schools, Universities, NHS can pay within 30 days of the date on the Invoice as long as the order is supported with an official order number.Pay by phone

ECO Furniture Hire can deliver to any size event and supply to many events every week. To reduce costs and keep it economical for our customer base, our usual delivery or collection slots are as follows:

- Standard delivery time: 9AM to 4PM
- Morning delivery time: 9AM to 12PM*
- Afternoon delivery time: 12PM to 4PM*
*Timed 2-hour slot subject to availability and additional cost
Delivery and Collection With Specific Times
We also offer a 24-hour 7-day delivery service, covering specific timing requirements for our customers. Our full workforce is available on demand to meet your needs.Installations and Removals
Our team of experienced professionals will assist in the installation and removal of the hired furniture. They are highly efficient and have worked on all sizes of events, exhibitions and festivals over the years. They are supported by dedicated transport and site managers to ensure a smooth, efficient process on delivery and collection days.Save Money With Customer Collection & Return
If you arrange your own transport to collect and return furniture from our warehouses, you can save money on your order.
